GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
Access to the www.itlink.fr and the www.talents.itlink.fr websites (the “Sites”) is unrestricted and open to all types of audience.
Purposes of the Sites are to present the activities and corporate profile of IT LINK and its affiliates and allow users to apply for jobs.
IT LINK undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the security of the elements and information appearing on the Sites.
Users of the Sites, however, undertakes to use it in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable on the day of use. Users also undertake to take all necessary security precautions in order to protect themselves from any viruses. IT LINK cannot be held responsible for the contamination of the hardware of any user of the Sites during or following the consultation thereof. Users state that they consult the Sites in full knowledge of the risks said consultation may incur, particularly with regard to the risk of data interception and / or alteration.
The Sites are regularly updated by the Editorial Manager.
IT LINK reserves the right to modify, at any time and without advance notice to the users of the Sites, all or part of the elements and information appearing therein. The Sites may possibly be unavailable during the implementation of this update. In any event, IT LINK cannot be held responsible in case of the Sites’ unavailability for any reasons whatsoever.

All elements and information appearing on the Sites are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not subject to any guarantees whatsoever. Therefore, IT LINK cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of said elements and information, as they may contain errors and/or omissions.
The user assumes the entire risk of relying on this Information. This Information is supplied on the condition that the user, or any other person receiving it, make their own judgement as to its suitability for the specific purpose prior to use.
IT LINK cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from any use made of the documents, information, works and elements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Sites are owned by IT LINK.
The documents and all other elements including trademarks, logos and domain names, posted on the Sites are protected by the French Intellectual Property laws and are either owned by IT LINK or third party.
User rights are limited to information and content (texts, logos, drawings, photos, videos, etc.) posted and broadcast on the Sites and restricted for personal and private use in the home only. No material from the Sites may be reproduced in any form whatsoever other than for personal, non-commercial, or home use, and on condition that intellectual property rights and all other property rights are respected.
All other use of Information and content on the Sites is subject to the prior written authorization from IT LINK.
PERSONAL DATA
IT LINK is committed to comply with the French Data Protection Act (or “Loi Informatique et Libertés” in its latest edition) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
The purpose of this clause is to provide users with information about how and why IT LINK collects and processes their personal data when visiting its Sites, and/or when they sign up to its newsletter, apply for jobs or interact with IT LINK.
- Data controller
IT LINK is the data controller and is responsible for this Sites in terms of GDPR.

- Why does IT LINK collect users’ personal data?
CONTACT: in this section, users are requested to give their name; surname and mail address. IT LINK uses that information in order to answer users’ questions and comments.
JOB APPLICATION: through the Talent website, users have the opportunity to apply for jobs and internships and /or to send a spontaneous application by sending their CV. IT LINK uses that information in order to treat their applications and the hiring process.
AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES: as users interact with the Sites, IT LINK may automatically collect technical data about their equipment, browsing actions and patterns. Those information are collected by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.
Data are collected for those specified purposes and no further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes.
- Who has access to users’ data?
IT LINK guarantees the confidentiality of users’ data collected on its Sites. Therefore, only the Communication and the HR Departments have access to the collected data, in order to process them accordingly to the established purposes.
The Site is hosted by Webflow, whose datacenters are located in Europe. However, the Site's hosting contracts may change and personal data may have to be transmitted to subcontractors located outside the European Union. In this case, IT Link will ensure that the transfer of this data is governed by standard contractual clauses drawn up by the European Commission or the CNIL. - How long does IT LINK retain users’ data for?
IT LINK will only retain users’ personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes IT LINK collected them for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

COOKIES
The cookies serve to determine how users access the Sites pages, the time of consultation and the number of users. This technology does not collect any personal users data and information and is obtained globally. The purpose of this technology and information is to help improve the Sites. The Sites does not use permanent cookies that reside on the user’s hard drive.
The present Sites use the Google Analytics service, an audience analysis service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on the user’s hardware in order to help the present Sites analyses the use made thereof by each user. The data generated by these cookies regarding the use of the present Sites (including IP address of every user) is anonymous. Google will use this data in order to assess use of the Sites and compile reports on its activity for IT LINK. The present Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The courts of the city of Créteil will have sole territorial jurisdiction for any disputes relating to the use of the Sites.

User: visitor of IT LINK’s Sites.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
